Northern Ireland

Standard Delivery: 2-3 working days
Tracked and signed delivery via Royal Mail or Evri

Republic of Ireland

Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days
Tracked delivery, no customs charges for island of Ireland shipments

Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales)

Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days
Tracked delivery via Royal Mail or Evri

International (EU & Worldwide)

Standard International: 5-10 working days
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination

Order Processing

Orders are handcrafted to order and typically processed within 1-2 working days. During peak periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day), please allow an additional 2-3 days for processing.

Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking as standard. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Track your parcel via the carrier's website using this number.

Delivery Information

If parcels require a signature upon delivery and you're not available, the courier will leave a card with collection or redelivery instructions.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us, with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier immediately.

For damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Collection Service

For Northern Ireland customers, we can arrange collection from our workshop by appointment. Please contact us to schedule.
