Step-by-step
Step 1: Wrap & measure
Wrap a soft tape (or string + ruler) around the base of the neck where the collar sits.
Step 2: Snug + Space
Pull snug, then ensure room for 1–2 fingers (≈1–2cm). Note the measurement in inches.
Step 3: Choose your size
Our collars are sized in 2-inch increments. Pick the size where your dog’s measurement sits near the middle hole. If between sizes, size up.

Collar sizing is based on the middle hole, leaving two holes tighter and two looser to cover coat changes and small weight shifts.

Fit
Check
Growing pups and fluffy coats
Puppies: Re‑measure every 2–4 weeks. If you’re at the tightest hole, move up a size.
Double coats: Measure with fur fluffed and gently compressed; pick a size for seasons.
Weight change: If you’re on the first or last hole, change size for safety.
When your collar arrives
Two-finger rule: slide two fingers flat under the collar.
Rotate test: the collar shouldn’t spin freely or ride up over the ears.
Recheck after 1 week: leather softens slightly - adjust if needed.

Leather
Wipe with a slightly damp cloth; air dry away from heat. Use leather conditioner occasionally to keep supple.
Suede
Spot clean with a soft sponge and mild soapy water; air dry. Brush nap lightly if needed.
Water & mud
Remove for swimming or heavy mud to protect leather, suede, and crystals. Refit once dry.
